Charlotte Birth Photographer - {Welcome to the world little man!}

Yesterday was a very special day, amazing actually!  I received a text from Whitney early in the morning saying that she was having contractions, not yet at regular intervals but too uncomfortable to sleep through.  I talked to Ron on the phone and he told be that they were taking showers and then heading to the hospital and would call me to update once she was checked it.  I scurried about to get ready and waited for his call.  We were all shocked to learned that she was already 8 cms!  I prayed I would get to the hospital before baby and zoomed on down.  Luckily, I made it with plenty of time and hung out with Ron and Whit and waited for baby C to arrive.  At 3:02pm he made his grand entrance.  8 pounds, 9 ounces and just perfect!  It was sooooooooooooo hard to select just a few images for this sneak peak!  There are tons more where these came from!  Ron and Whitney thank you again for letting me be a part of this amazing experience!  I love you guys and hope you enjoy your sneak peak!

Lake Norman Family Photographer - {Amazing!}

When Carrie told me that her family shoot would include 3 children under the age of four and their doggie too I was ready for a challenge.  I had my running shoes laced and ready to go and my game face on!  LOL.  Instead of the madness I was anticipating I was amazed to meet 3 extraordinarily behaved and adorable little people and a sweet four legged cutie named Lulu.  I could not believe how smoothly everything went.  To add icing to this amazing treat I received the sweetest email from Carrie after our session thanking me and telling me that her oldest came home and said "that was the best picture day ever" and then began to play photographer.   :)

M Family,  I had SUCH and AWESOME time with you!  I can not wait to get to work with you all again soon! Mwah!

I was so excited to finally get to meet this family!  We had to postpone our last session due to rain in the forecast which never actually made its appearance.  They were so worth the wait!  J and B were such perfect little gentlemen,  they made my job so easy!  A Family, thank you so much for such a fun session!  :)

I was so thrilled to get to do portraits for the M Family for the very 1st time!  Big Brother is simply a natural and such a little sweetheart.  He stole my heart right away!  We had lots of fun together playing and looking for spiders.  His adorable baby sisters was not really in the mood for pictures but when you are as cute as she is that just doesn't even matter!  Mommy, Stephen and Sweet baby Carly I had such a nice time with the three of you!  I look forward to getting to do it again soon!  :)

This is another one of my wonderful families that I am thrilled to have know for a very long time now!   When I first met the S family they had just one beautiful daughter.  They have since added an adorable little fella to the mix.  S Family it was such a pleasure to see you again!  I can not wait till next time with the horsies!!!  ;)
