Hysterical Themed Promotional Photo Shoot for 4 Pies Productions

You know that pain you get in your cheeks when you have been smiling and laughing for way too long?  I have that going on right now!  I have bee working on some of the group images of the Ladies of 4 Pies Productions from our Decades themed promo shoot this past Saturday for most of my day today and I am dying!  I need a new word for Fun because Fun is just not a strong enough word to describe what our day was like together.  I know this is my job but it definetley does not feel like work when I spend time with these ladies.  I adore them so much and am at this moment trying to think up what we need to photograph next so we can do it again ASAP!  I am so excited to be involved in what they are doing.  This is going to be am amazing.  Here is another peek into the world of 4PP...  Enjoy!

Tiffany Taylor - Amazing Hairdresser in Lake Norman

Tiffany is Vanessa and I's hairdresser but this weekend was her 1st time collaborating and meeting the rest of the Ladies of 4 Pies Production and affiliates.  To say that she fits in with this crazy crew is a bit of an understatement.  Not only does she know her craft inside and out but she blew us away with some Wardrobe magic..  Most notably transforming a very modest full bodiced dress into a beautiful halter top dress to perfectly match our 1950's I love Lucy-esk vision.  I still don't know how she managed that.  I hope she had fun because she has made herself invaluable!

Tiffany Taylor is a Concord, North Carolina native with 13 years experience in the hair industry. She's a licensed Cosmetologist, expert colorist, and master precision cutter. She also has certificates in hair extensions and color correction, and has even taught several classes on cutting skills. Tiffany's skill and creativity is matched by few in the industry. After an education in art and graphic design, Tiffany found that she most enjoyed using people’s hair as her canvas. Tiffany prides herself in developing hair styles based on clients’ facial shapes, features, and texture. She has spent the better part of her life playing with hair. Her passion for the hair industry shows in every thing she does. Her clients book months in advance just to make sure they can get in with her. Tiffany spends most of time balancing my roles of mom, wife, and career woman. She has a passion to be creative through her career as a stylist, as well as being a great mother and wife. Tiffany doesn't want to have to choose one role. She does it all!!

Tara Lynn Marcelle - 4 Pies Productions Charlotte NC

I FINALLY met the famous Tara yesterday!  I was begining to tease Vanessa and Catherine (who had so many wonderful things to say about her) that she was their imaginary friend.  LOL.  But she is REAL!...  and such a sweetheart!  It was so great to meet you Tara!  You are stunning!!!

"Tara is a screenwriter, casting director, producer, and filmmaker currently living in Charlotte, NC. Having written six feature screenplays to date, and several short films, each of which have been produced, done well in the festival circuit, or have received worldwide distribution. Having grown up in a film making family, Tara learned to excel in different facets of the industry from producing to directing, writing to acting. She currently runs a full-service casting company called E Marcelle Casting and is the official casting director for the Telly Award winning TV show, Sid Roth’s It’s Supernatural. In between film work, her time is spent working on a memoir, drawing, playing music, and caring for her four children. Tara is currently another piece of the "Pie" of 4 Pies Productions and will be Directing the first Feature up, Calm Before."

4 Pies Productions - Catherine Traill

My next model at the 4 Pies Productions was the amazing Catherine Traill.  I love this woman!  She is hysterical!!!  She had me laughing so hard, I don't know how I managed to hold the camera still long enough to get so many great shots of her.  I would bet that an afternoon with Catherine would quite possibly be as entertaining as an afternoon with Lucille Ball herself.  Catherine I am so proud to call you my friend!  You are so talented, so sweet and possible the best model on the planet!

"Catherine Trail is an award winning Actress in the Southeast, but hails from the hills of Kentucky. With a long list of regional and national commercials, she entered into the world of film and found a passion.. Having worked beside Hollywood figures the span of her 20 year career, Catherine has studied several techniques that have afforded her the ability to tap into the depth of a Character with intensity and ease. She can be seen on the Film festival circuit sweeping up awards for Civil and currently Four Pies. Recently, Catherine, along with 3 other Industry ladies, formed a Production company of the same name, 4 Pies Productions. Four Pies Productions - Promotional Photo Shoot Vanessa Ore

This weekend I had the pleasure of collaborating with the talented ladies of Four Pie's Productions for a very fun "Decades" themed photo shoot to promote the launch of this very exciting endeavor.  You will certainly want to keep an eye them as they have several projects on the horizon that are very very  intriguing!

First up for sneak peeks Vanessa who am am proud to say in one of my closest friends.  I just adore this woman!

"Vanessa has appeared in several feature films in Principal and leading roles and can be seen in the film, Imperium, working opposite Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) and Sam Trammel (True Blood) and has enjoyed much success in the Film Festival circuit with the Sci Fi Thriller, “Dark Resonance” with Muse Watson (NCIS). More recently, she wrapped on The Vampire Diaries as a co-star (Detective Sudano) in its’ final season. Additionally, she will be featured in the the 3rd Season of “Bill O’Reilly’s Legends and Lies” as Clara Barton, and look out for her in a supporting role as Julie in the faith based modern day telling of the Prodigal Son in “Modern Prodigal”, filmed in Atlanta.

Vanessa also dabbles in Theater and played Suzanne in the play “Don’t Dress For Dinner” where it closed to the highest grossing non musical show in the 50 years history of the Davidson Theater in Davidson, NC.

She has been honored by being named, “Favorite Local Actress” of 2015, by Elevate Lifestyle Magazine in Charlotte, NC and featured in the June issue of Today’s Charlotte Woman Magazine as one of 12 notable local Charlotte Women taking on Film in North Carolina. Currently working as a Producer, as well as Acting in several award winning short films.
