Vintage Valentine - Black and White Old school House Portraits
Two of my favorite little subjects are my own sweet princesses. Here are just a few more images that I just edited and adore form our recent mini session for their Valentines day cards. I had some fun adding a vintage feel to them. I could not resist sharing. :)

School Portraits are changing - Custom Photography in Schools
Custom Photography is slowing moving into schools and preschools. I love it not just because I am a photographer but as a parent I think it is wonderful! What do you think? Would you be willing to pay a little more (really just a littlenot a lot!) for a custom photographer who is willing to spend more time with each child and pay carful attention to the little details to create beautiful school portraits that can be proudly displayed in your home?
You can see more samples of the cuties I got to work with yesterday on the blog post just below this one.
If you curious about the pricing you can view that as well on the blog here
Thank you in advance for your feedback. I would really love top hear what you all think! :)

Davidson Custom School Photographer - Not your regular school Portraits
Today was a very very busy day! Busy but Fantastic! I was asked to do School portraits for a local preschool in Huntersville. With siblings we had a total of 38 little models and each and every one did an excellent job. We did all of the sessions outside which is my personal favorite. Children really seem to be able to relax and really be themselves during outdoor shoots. Thank you Jolie for all your help coordinating everything and making today go so smoothly. I had a great time and hope that you all did too! :) Here are a few of our cutie pies from today. :)

Shy Ballerina - Cornelius Dance Class Portraits
This sweet baby ballerina was feeling really shy yesterday and was a little anxious about having her picture taken, but with a little help from her Teddy Bear Sara my little friend soon relaxed and had some fun playing model. It was so great to see her beautiful face agin this year!

Lake Norman Child Photographer - Preschool Pics
This past week was Teacher Appreciation week at my girls' school. As a gift for the Two year class the room mommies came up with the adorable idea of a personalized cookbook featuring each families favorite dessert recipe and each child's picture. I was beyond thrilled when they asked me to be the photographer for the project and had so much fun photographing Sammi and her sweet little classmates. Some of them needed a bit of patients and coaxing but in the end they all did an absolutely amazing job! We had so much fun! Here are a few of the kiddies. I will post more shortly! :)

Portraits in Lake Norman N.C. - {Handsome}
Meet Blake one of the sweetest gentlemen I have ever met. I was so impressed by this guy! He was so well mannered, personable, fun and as you can see handsome. I could not believe that he is only seven years old. Rhonda, it was such a treat to meet the two of you! I sure hope to get to work with you again very soon and hope you enjoy your sneak peak!
