Meet my buddy Lilly. I have been photographing her and her brothers for years now and don't think I have ever seen her with out a smile on her face.  I just love this sweet girl!  She is as beautiful inside as she is outside.  Lily dances at Grand Central Academy of Performing Arts in Cornelius and just loves it there!  She was not able to make it to the class pictures so I was thrilled to get to snap a few of this cute little dancer for her.  :)

Birth Photographer - Concord, North Carolina

Last year my daughter Sammi had a truly wonderful First grade teacher who she adored.  This sweet woman was like a second mother to each and everyone of her students and made them all feel so very special.  In addition to her school babies Mrs.  B had four beautiful daughters of her own who she was so very proud of.  Last year our community was heartbroken to learn that their youngest daughter 4 month old Julia was unexpectedly called to Heaven.  The strength, love and faith of this dear family through what I can only imagine to be the very worst thing a family can ever go through was beyond inspiring.  A few weeks ago I was honored when Mrs. B asked my to photograph the birth of their 5th daughter.  Yesterday was the big day and words can not describe what a special day it was.  This would be the 7th birth that I had the joy of documenting.  It is always an amazing thing to be present when a child is born but knowing the journey that this family has traveled made it even more of a miracle.  Congratulations James, Monica, Makayla, Valencia, and Nadia on the newest addition to your Family.  She is perfect in every way and I am so very grateful to have been with you during one of the most important days in your life.  Thank you for that honor!  Welcome to the world Thai' Lia Malai!  You are so very loved.
