Celebrating the Blue - Lake Norman Family Portarits
This weekend has been amazing! This morning I met a very familiar family at the quarry for my second "blue photo shoot" celebrating our local law enforcement and their families that support and love them. We could not have asked for a better day! It was just beautiful and the weather was perfection which we were especially grateful for while Chas was all geared up. The C Family's oldest son Samuel is one of my original UPsides of Down Syndrome calendar models and has been my model and friend since 2012! We had SO much fun and I am beyond excited to share this sneak peek!

Lake Norman Newborn Photographer
I had a really cool birthday this year. I spent the day hanging out with some very good friends and doing a newborn shoot for the newest addition to their family. Sweet 10 day old Cooper was just the sweetest and cutest and oh so precious. I love that part of my job is snuggling and holding babies! #bestjobever . LOL

Generational Photoshoot with Nonna and Nonno
Last month I got to get together with sweet Melody to do a very special generational shoot with one set of her grandparents. Anyone who knows me is probably tired of hearing me say how very much I love generational shoots but I just think they are so important and so special! When Melody's awesome mom contacted me to tell me she wanted to do a shoot with each set of grandparents with Mel I was over the moon. Last night we did the second session with Nonna and Nonno. The 1st shoot went so well that I was a bit anxious about getting the same results for this shoot. I worried for nothing. These guys totally rocked it! Lu, thank you for choosing me to capture these memories of your sweet family and thank you for your patience with me as I forced you into the shoot. LOL . It was so much fun spending the evening with the 5 of you! I hope you love these as much as I do...
